| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妇科腹腔镜手术采用不同麻醉方法后患者的麻醉效果及安全性。方法:对广州市妇女儿童医疗中心妇婴院区2006年1月~2008年12月150例不同麻醉方法的妇科腹腔镜患者麻醉效果进行回顾性分析。结果:全麻复合硬膜外麻醉组患者的血流动力学指标最平稳。结论:全麻复合硬膜外麻醉安全性高,苏醒快,具有良好的麻醉效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects and safety of different anesthesia methods in gynecological laparoscopy.Methods:The effects of different anesthesia methods in 150 cases undergoing gynecological laparoscopy from January 2006 to December 2008 in the hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results:The hemodynamic parameters of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group were most smooth.Conclusion:General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is a safety anesthesia method with fast analep... |
