| 摘 要： | 目的探讨创伤患者体内肿瘤坏死因子受体p55、p75的表达及其意义。方法用流式细胞仪和ELISA法检测不同创伤程度患者外周血中肿瘤坏死因子受体p55、p75的表达情况,以健康献血者为对照。结果创伤患者较健康献血者血浆和血白细胞中p55、p75的表达明显增高(P<0.05),而且创伤程度愈严重者,其p55、p75的表达愈增高。结论创伤导致肿瘤坏死因子受体p55、p75表达增高,而且与创伤严重程度存在一定相关性(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of level of TNFR p55 and p75 in trauma patients.Methods The concentrations of p55 and p75 in plasma and leukocytes were determined by ELISA and FCM individually,then these data was analyzed.Results The concentrations of p55 and p75 in plasma and leukocytes were higher than those in the normal controls(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of p55 and p75 can be elevated by trauma,and there is a direct correlation between the concentrations of p55 and p75 and trauma severity(P<0.... |
