| 摘 要： | 目的：观察普萘洛尔、司坦唑与左旋米唑联合用药（ＰＳＬ）治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法：４４例再生障碍性贫血病人，其中急性１２例，慢性３２例，每周３次，口服普萘洛尔３０－３９０ｍｇ／ｄ，司坦唑６－１２ｍｇ／ｄ和左旋米唑７５－１５０ｍｇ／ｄ，共１４－４０１ｄ。结果：总有效率６６％，对慢性再生障碍性贫血有效率达８１％，血象减少程度与疗效有关。１０例病人经体外ＧＭ－ＣＦＵ，Ｆ－ＣＦＵ培养，减低者治疗后有效率达８０％。结论：ＰＳＬ联合治疗再生障碍性贫血效果是令人满意的。

| Abstract: | AIM : To observe the therapeutic results of the combination regimen of propranolol, stanozolol, and levamisole (PSL) on aplastic anemia. METHODS: Forty-four patients with aplastic anemia(AA), 12 acute and 32 chronic, were given orally propranolol 30-390 mg/d, stanozolol 6-12 mg/d, and levamisole 75-150 mg/d, 3 times a week,for 14-401 d. RESULTS: In 44 patients, 5 cases were cured(11%), 10 cases remitted (23%), and 14 cases improved markedly (32%), the total effective rate being 66%. Therapeutic effects of PSL in patients with chronic AA were 81%. The effective rate of PSL was 80% in 10 patients with deficiency growing of GM-CFU and F-CFU, and the efficacy was related to the propranolol dosage. CONCLUSION: The combination of PSL is an acceptable treatment of AA. |
