| 摘 要： | 本文报道用两种方法从黑曼(Tripterygium regelii Sprague et Tak.)中提取生物碱,离子交换法较乙醇提取法的提取率为高。黑曼中的主要生物碱与昆明山海棠[T.hypoglaucum(Levl.)Hutch.)不同。

| Abstract: | Alkaloids were extracted from Triterygim regelii Sprague et Tak. with two methods.The extraction rate was higher with the ion resin exchange method than the ethanol extraction method.The chief alkaloid of Triterygium regclii is differ-ent from that of Triterygium hypoglaucum (Levl.) Hutch. |
