低渗口服补液盐治疗新生儿光疗后腹泻35例观察

目的观察低渗口服补液盐Ⅲ对新生儿蓝光治疗后引起腹泻的临床疗效。方法将67例因新生儿黄疸行蓝光治疗致腹泻并轻度脱水的患儿,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组32例。治疗组予低渗口服补液盐Ⅲ与配方奶共同补液处理,对照组予单纯配方奶补液处理,并记录患儿连续光疗后第一、第二天大便次数的变化和腹泻治疗总时长。结果治疗组大便次数较对照组少,而腹泻治疗总时长较对照组缩短。结论低渗口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗新生儿光疗后腹泻并轻度脱水的疗效确切,能改善患儿临床症状。

OBSERVATION OF THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF HYPOTONIC ORAL REHYDRATION SALT III ON 35 CASES NEONATAL DIARRHIA AFTER PHOTOTHERAPY

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hypotonic oral rehydration salt III on neonatals＇ diarrhea after blue phototherapy Method 67 cases of patients with diarrhea and mild dehydration caused by neonatal jaundice blue phototherapy were randomly divided into treatment group with 35 cases and control group with 32 cases. The patients in treatment group were cured with joint rehydration of hypotonic oral rehydration salt III and formula milk, while the patients in control group were only cured with simple formula rehydration, and the fre- quency changes of times of stool in one and two days after continued phototherapy ar/d total time of treatment of diar- rhea were recorded. Result The times of treatment group were fewer than that of control group, while the total time of treatment of diarrhea was shorter than that of control group. Conclusion Curative effect of hypotonic oral rehydration salt III on neonatals＇ diarrhea after phototherapy was definite, which could improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
