浅谈PDCA循环法在医院后勤管理中的应用

随着社会的飞速发展,医学的快速进步,医院后勤管理受到了更多的关注。医院后勤管理已成为医院建设的重要组成部分,其工作水平的高低直接影响到医院医疗质量和经济效益。如何在新形势下适应医院发展的需要,提高后勤管理能力,树立后勤部门良好形象,是摆在后勤管理者面前的重要课题[1]。为此科学的管理方法显得非常重要,本文以我院310病区眼科热水供应问题为实例,阐述了PDCA循环法科学管理方法在医院后勤管理中的具体应用及意义。

TALK ABOUT THE APPLICATION OF PDCA CIRCULATION METHOD IN HOSPITAL LO- GISTICS MANAGEMENT

With the rapid development of society, the rapid advancement of the medical science, the hospital logistics management has attract more attention. The hospital logistics management has become an important part of hospital construction, its level of work directly affects the hospital medical quality and economic benefit. How to adapt the needs of the development of hospital under the new situation, improve the ability of logistics management, to es- tablish a good image of logistics department is one of the important subjects facing the logistics managers t~. The sci- entific management methods is very important. Taking the hot water supply problem in 310 ward of ophthalmology de- partment of our hospital as an exampl, this paper expounds the PDCA circulation scientific management method appli- cation in hospital logistics management and its significance.
