节能降耗技术在医院中的应用研究

节能降耗是构建和谐社会,缓解资源和环境压力,实现国民经济可持续发展的必然选择。节能降耗为医院经济增长方式的主要措施之一,是保证医院经济增长的一个重要途径。医院不但要考虑经济增长的产出,更要考虑经济的投入,以尽量少的资源投入实现尽可能大的产出,开拓出一条投入少、效益高、可持续发展之路[1]。本文阐述了我院实行节能降耗措施的应用研究情况。医院不断完善现有的能源管理制度,使能源消耗由粗放型管理向集约型管理转变。对照明系统,锅炉以及空调系统进行技术改造,取得了显著的节能效果。坚持医疗技术和节能降耗并举的发展之路,加快医院节能降耗的技术改造,广泛使用节能节水型产品,在原有的基础上不断进行改进优化。

THE APPLICATION RESEARCH OF ENERGY SAVING AND DECREASE CONSUMPTION TECHNOLOGY IN HOSPITAL

Energy saving and decrease consumption is inevitable choice for the construction of harmonious society, alleviating the pressure on resources and environment, implementing countryman economy sustainable development. Energy saving and decrease consumption is one of the main measures of economic growth way of hospital, is one important way to ensure the hospital economic growth . Hospitals not only need to consider the economic growth by the output, but also to consider the economic investment, with less input of resources for more possible outputs, to develop a low investment, high benefit, the road of sustainable development. This paper describe the applied research to implement the measures of energy saving and decrease consumption in Zhongshan People＇s Hospital , The hospital continued to improve the existing energy management system, so that energy consumption is changing from extensive management to intensive management. The technological transformation in lighting system, boilers and air - condition- ing system achieved significant energy saving effect. Persist on the way of developing medical technology and energy conservation simuhaneouly, speed up the hospital energy saving reconstruction, widely use energy - saving water - saving products, on the original basis continuously carry on improvement and optimization.
