快速康复护理对高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后肠功能恢复的影响

目的探讨快速康复外科护理干预对高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后肠功能恢复的效果。方法将54例高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者分为快速康复组(27例)和对照组(27例),对照组按常规护理,快速康复组给予快速康复外科及有效的护理干预。对两组术后临床观察指标进行比较。结果快速康复组术后临床观察指标(首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间、进食半流质时间、停止静脉补液时间、拔除尿管、胃管和拔除引流管时间、住院天数、术后1周体重下降幅度)均早于或小于对照组(p<0.01);FTS组并发症的发生率为3.7%,对照组为48.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论快速康复外科护理干预有利于高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌患者肠功能恢复及减少并发症的发生。

THE INFLUENCE OF RAPID REHABILITATION CARE ON THE RECOVERY OF INTESTINAL FUNCTION AFTER LAPAROSCOPIC OPERATION IN ELDER PATIENTS WITH COLQREC- TAL CANCER

Objective To explore the influence of rapid rehabilitation care on the recovery of intestinal function after laparoscopic operation in elder patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The control group was given the conventional nursing, while the in- tervention group was given rapid rehabilitation care and other intervention of nursing. The indicators of both groups were assessed after operation. Results The indicators （including the first time of release or bowel movement, the time of activities and eating semi -liquid, the last time of intravenous rehydration, the time of removing catheter, urine tube and gastric tube, the days of hospitalization and the decrease of weight in a week after operation） of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group （p 〈0. 01 ） ; the gap of the incidence of complications be- tween tow groups was significant （3.7% of the intervention group in comparison with 48. 2% of the control group） （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation care has a beneficial effect on the recovery of intestinal function after lapa- roscopic operation in elder patients with colorectal cancer and the dropping of complications incidence.
