白介素8在小儿重症感染中的变化及与降钙素原的相关性分析

目的探讨白介素8(IL-8)、降钙素原(PCT)在小儿重症感染的变化及其相关性,尤其对小儿重症感染的早期识别的价值。方法选择22例重症感染小儿为研究对象,同时收集同期因非感染性疾病住院的14例小儿为对照组。采集各组患儿外周血,应用ELISA方法检测各组IL-8血清水平及PCT水平。比较2组间各指标的差异,并用Pearson参数法分析IL-8与PCT水平的相关性。结果感染组治疗前患儿IL-8水平明显升高,治疗后显著下降,组内比较有统计学差异(p=0.001);对照组IL-8水平明显低于感染组(p=0.000,0.001)。感染组患儿PCT表达水平治疗前后均明显高于对照组(p=0.000,0.003)。IL-8与PCT呈明显正相关(r=0.972,p=0.000)。结论 IL-8在小儿重症感染的发病中起重要作用,其表达与PCT水平呈正相关;早期检测IL-8可发现早期识别小儿重症感染。

THE CHANGE OF INTERLEUKIN 8 IN CHILDREN WITH SEVERE INFECTION AND ITS CORRELATION WITH PROCALCITONIN

Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin 8 （IL -8） and procalcitonin （PCT） in children with severe infection and their correlation, especially explore their value in the early diagnosis of severe infec- tion of children. Method We performed a retrospective study, 22 cases of severe infection as research group and 14 cases hospitalized for non - infectious diseases as control group. Detailed clinical data were collected for all of the pa- tients. The expression of IL -8 and PCT in peripheral blood was detected using ELISA Method . The indexes of differences between two groups were compared using Student＇s t test, and the correlation between IL -8 and the PCT level was analyzed using Pearson correlations. Result 1. There was statistical significance in IL -8 levels in infection groups （p =0. 001 ） Significantly increased before treatment, and significant reduction after treatment. The IL- 8 level in control group significantly lower than the infection group （p =0. 000, 0. 000）. 2. There was statistical significance in PCT level in infection group before treatment and after treatment, and beth were significantly higher than the control group （p = 0. 000 ,0. 003 ） . 3. IL - 8 and PCT showed significant positive correlation （ r = 0. 972 ,p = 0. 000）. Conclusion IL - 8 plays an important role in children with severe infection, and its expression and PCT levels were positively correlated. Early detection of IL - 8 is a valuable indicator in the diagnosis of severe infection of children.
