| Abstract: | Organ transplantation has been the only treatment for end-stage organ failure patients. With the development of organ transplantation, more and more patients benefit from it. However, the efficacy of organ transplantation is afflicted with graft rejection, which might lead to serious complications. Induction of antigen-specific immune tolerance has become a promising therapeutic strategy for graft rejection. This strategy could be achieved by application of regulatory T cells. |
