中西结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

目的通过对80例患有慢性肾小球肾炎患者进行中西医结合治疗,并观察其治疗效果。方法将2012年1月²013年6月在我院门诊就诊的80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组采用西医常规方法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加服自拟益肾健脾汤治疗,两组病人连续治疗3月后、6个月后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组治愈10例,好转27例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%;而对照组治愈5例,好转23例,无效12例,总有效率70%。结论采用自拟益肾健脾汤联合西药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效较单纯西医常规治疗方法疗效明显,无不良反应,中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎有明显优势,有临床推广价值。

CLINICAL INVESTIGATION OF THE THERAPY COMBINED CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINE FOR CHRONIC GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

Objective To observe the efficacy of the therapy combined Chinese and western medicine for 80 patients with chronic glomernlonephritis. Methods From January 2012 to June 2013, eighty patients confirmed with chronic glomerulonephritis seeing in outpatient clinic of our hospital were divided into two groups randomly. Western medicine therapy was used in control group, while combined self- made kidney spleen decoction and western medi- cine was used in treatment group. The therapy lasted 3 months for two groups. We assessed the efficacy six months later since the first treatment day. Results Ten cases were cured, twenty - seven cases were improved and 3 cases were ineffective in treatment group. The total effective rate was 92.5%. Five cased were cured, twenty -three cased were improved and twelve cased were ineffective in control group. The total effective rate was 70%. Conclusion Self- made kidney spleen decoction combined western medicine have more effective rate than routine western medi- cine in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. No adverse event has been found in two groups. Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine has great clinical value in treatment of chronic glomernlonephritis.
