两种方法治疗可达龙导致静脉炎的疗效比较

目的探讨不同方法治疗外周静脉注射可达龙导致静脉炎的效果,以寻找最佳方法。方法将2010年6月²012年6月持续外周静脉注射可达龙治疗心律失常(均为快速型心律失常伴心功能不全患者)并发静脉炎者60例,随机分为对照组30例、实验组30例。对照组予清洁纱布(25%硫酸镁溶液浸湿,以不滴水为宜)持续湿敷,随时浸湿保持其湿润;实验组予清洁纱布(25%硫酸镁溶液与地塞米松溶液1∶1混合液浸湿,以不滴水为宜)持续湿敷,再将保鲜膜围绕患肢缠绕12012年6月持续外周静脉注射可达龙治疗心律失常(均为快速型心律失常伴心功能不全患者)并发静脉炎者60例,随机分为对照组30例、实验组30例。对照组予清洁纱布(25%硫酸镁溶液浸湿,以不滴水为宜)持续湿敷,随时浸湿保持其湿润;实验组予清洁纱布(25%硫酸镁溶液与地塞米松溶液1∶1混合液浸湿,以不滴水为宜)持续湿敷,再将保鲜膜围绕患肢缠绕1²圈,前后范围至少超过硫酸镁纱布2 cm,对比48 h内2组的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率93.3%(28/30),显著高于对照组(22/30)。采用χ2检验2组的疗效,结果 p<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论持续外周静脉注射可达龙引起静脉炎的发病率高,硫酸镁加地塞米松混合液湿敷再将保鲜膜缠绕包裹可作为治疗的首选方法。

EFFCT COMPARISION OF TWO METHODS IN PHLEBITIS CAUSED BY CORDARONE

Objective To investigate the effect of different treatments for peripheral intravenous cordarone lead to phlebitis, to find the best method. Methods June 2010 to June 2012 continuous peripheral intravenous injection cordarone treatment of arrhythmia （ all of tachyarrhythmia associated with cardiac dysfunction） phlebitis 60 cases, 30 cases were randomly divided into a control group, the experimental group of 30 patients. Control group to 25% magnesium sulfate solution soaked clean gauze （in dripping appropriate ） and continuous wet dressing soaked at all times to maintain its moist gauze dry; experimental group to 25% magnesium sulfate solution with dexamethasone so- lution mixed 1：1 the liquid continuous wet dressing soaked in clean gauze （to not dripping appropriate） , 1 to 2 laps and then cling film wrapped around the limb, the upper and lower range over magnesium sulfate gauze 2 cm, compa- ring treatment efficacy within 48 h. Results Two group efficacy compared by using the %2 test （p 〈 0. 01 ） , the difference was statistically significant. The experimental group the total effective rate was 93.3% （28/30） , signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion continuous outer peripheral intravenous cordarone cause a high incidence of phlebitis, magnesium sulfate plus dexamethasone mixture wet compress and then cling film wrapped around wrapped as the preferred method of treatment.
