| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MP感染引起神经系统损害的临床特点及诊治。方法对2001年6月～2007年6月我院收治的28例MP感染致神经系统损害的患儿进行回顾性临床分析。结果MP致神经系统损害以脑炎、脑膜炎为主，28例中治愈21例，好转4例，死亡3例。结论MP感染致神经系统损害以脑炎、脑膜炎占多数，且病情重、进展快，致残率及病死率高。有神经系统损害的患儿应想到MP感染的可能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of nervous system damage by mycoplasma pneumonia infection. Methods 28 hospitalized infants and children with nervous system damage by mycoplasma pneumonia infection from June 2001 to June 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Encephalitis and meningitis were the chief nervous system damage by mycoplasma pneu- monia infection. Among 28 cases, 21 cases were cured,4 cases were improved, 3 cases were dead. Conclusion Encephalitis and meningitis were in the majority of nervous system damage by mycoplasma pneumonia infection, with serious disease, high progress and high morbidity and mortality rates. The infants having nervous system damage should be thought of the possibility of mycoplasma pneumonia infection. |
