| 摘 要： | 观察以中医辨证论治结合降糖西药对糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。共治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变３８例５５只眼，其中单纯型３１只眼，增殖型２４只眼，并对治疗前后的视力、眼底病变的情况进行了比较。结果：显效１７只眼（３０．９％）有效２５只眼（４５．５％，无效１１只眼（２０．０％），恶化２只眼（３．６％），总有效率７６．４％。

| Abstract: | HT6SS] To observe the curative effects of diabetic retinopathy treated mainly by syndrome differentiation together with sugar lowing western medicine,38 patients(55 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy were selected.Of the eyes,31 eyes were of simple retinopathy and 24 were of hyperplasia.The eyesight and fundus condition before and after treatment were compared.Result showed marked effect in 17 eyes(30 9%),effectiveness in 25 eyes(45 5%),ineffectiveness in 11 eyes(20%)and deterioration in 2 eyes(3 6%);the total effective tate was 76 4%.
