血必净对脓毒血症患者前降钙素影响的临床观察

目的:临床观察血必净治疗脓毒血症对前降钙素(PCT)的影响。方法:将确诊为脓毒血症的患者60例随机分为两组,血必净组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组单纯采用传统的西医方法治疗,血必净组在上述基础上加用血必净治疗,对患者进行PCT测定,并追踪患者的转归。结果:血必净组的PCT水平呈下降趋势,经治疗第3天后的PCT水平与入院时相比均明显降低,差异具有显著性。与对照组相比除入院时的各个时点血必净组的PCT水平明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性。在所有脓毒血症患者中,比较PCT水平和作为正常值的0.5ng/ml,都明显升高,差异有显著性。结论:血必净可有效降低脓毒血症患者PCT的水平,降低死亡率,对脓毒血症具有较好的疗效。

Clinic Observation of Procalcitonin Sepsis with Xuebijing

Objective To investigate the effect of procalcitonin in sepsis with xuebijing.Methods 60 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into xuebijing group and contrast group.the xuebijing group was received traditional west medicine therapy and the other was received xuebijing except for the traditional west medicine therapy.The level of PCT in serum were measured in different and the mortality in two groups was statisticsed.Results The level of PCT in xuebijing group trend to decrease and dramatic lower than the level of PCT in the time in-hospital since the patients were treated three days.Compared with the contrast group,the level of PCT in xuebijing group was marked lower in the same timepoint exclued the time in-hospital.Conclusion Xuebijing can effetively decrease the level of PCT in serum,lower the mortality of sepsis.
