| 摘 要： | 目的 :对荚果蕨贯众的化学成分进行研究。方法 :用色谱法分离化合物 ,根据理化性质和光谱鉴定结构。结果 :分离鉴定了 6个化合物 ,狗脊蕨酸 (1) ,麦角甾 6 ,2 2 二烯 3,5 ,8 三醇 (2 ) ,芹菜素 (3) ,核黄素 (4 ) ,对香豆酸 -4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (5 ) ,咖啡酸 4-O-β-D- 葡萄糖苷 (6 )。 结论 :以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in rhizome of Matteuccia struthiopteris. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel chromatography. The structures were identified by physical and spectral data. RESULT: Six compounds were isolated and identified as woodwardic acid (1), ergost-6,22-diene-3beta,5alpha,8alpha-triol (2), apigenin (3), riboflavin (4), 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-p-coumaric acid (5), 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranosylcaffeic acid (6). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time. |
