腮腺切除治疗淋巴上皮病的疗效观察——附14例报告

１４例腮腺肿大、反复炎症的淋巴上皮病患者分为三型：单纯型、重叠型、恶变型，均行腮腺切除术，同时配合抗自身免疫药物治疗，总有效率为８５．７％。三型的治疗结果存在差异，以单纯型疗效为佳。腮腺切除适应证的选择及手术时机的掌握较为重要。作者认为该治疗方法在淋巴上皮病的综合治疗中，可使症状改善甚至消失、早期发现恶变并得到治疗。

EFFECT OBSERVATION OF PAROTIDECTOMY AS TREATMENT FOR LYMPHOEPITHELIA LESION IN PAROTID GLAND ——A REPORT OF 14 CASES

14 cases of lymphoepithelia lesion in parotid gland with the characteristics of hypertrophy and repeatedly inflammation of parotid gland were classified into three types: the simple type, the complex type and the malignant type. All accepted the therapy of parotidectomy, accompany with the using of antiimmune drugs. 857% of all patients were proved effectivelly. The effect differ in those: The best in the cases of the simple type. The selection of surgery indication and operation moment is more important. The authors considered that this cure method can relieve or even remove the symptom and do good to the discovery and treatment of malingant tumor in carly stages. 
