| 摘 要： | 目的观察异丙酚与芬太尼配合用于人工流产的镇痛效果。方法选择人工流产孕妇30例。先注射芬太尼0.1-0.3μg/ kg,2min后静脉注射异丙酚2mg／kg。待病人睫毛、角膜反射消失后即开始手术。结论人工流产术应用异丙酚与芬太尼配合静 脉麻醉具有以下特点(1)术中、术后镇痛效果完善;(2)术后苏醒快,安全离院时间短;(3)对呼吸、循环系统无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the analgesic effects ofpropofol-fentanylanesthesia in induced abortion patiens.Methods 30 patients schedualed induced abortion were given fentanyl 0.1-0.3μg/kg intravenously,2 min after propofol 2.0mg/kg Ⅳ and operation,started after eyelash and cornea reflex disappeared.Conclusion The analesic effects propofol-fentanyl intravenous anesthesia used in induced abortion is good,the recovering time and the leaving time from hospital are short.It seems be a available method for induced a-bortion in patient. |
