面颌部带状疱疹56例的疗效分析

目的探讨综合性治疗面颌部带状疱疹的临床疗效.方法选择56例面颌部带状疱疹患者,其中9例为单纯性面颌部带状疱疹,30例伴有同侧角膜炎,但未累及前房,16例伴有同侧面瘫、耳鸣和听力下降,1例伴有腰部、臀部大片泡性皮损.所有病例均进行局部利巴韦林棉片湿敷,全身进行抗病毒、止痛、激素、维生素类、促进皮损愈合、中药等治疗.结果56例面颌部带状疱疹患者皮损均愈合,其中1例出现面颌部轻度疤痕,但不影响局部功能,2例出现愈后神经痛,25例患者角膜恢复透明,视力恢复正常,5例患者角膜形成云翳,视力有所下降,16例患者面瘫症状消失,耳鸣减轻,听力提高,总有效率100%.结论面颌部带状疱疹是耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科的常见病,如临床治疗不当,可引起较严重的面瘫、神经疼痛、耳鸣、耳聋、视力下降等并发症.经我们对56例面颌部带状疱疹的临床治疗观察,疗效显著,其方法简单,患者经济负担少,是值得推广的一种可行方法.
