肺结核合并糖尿病的血糖浓度与抗结核治疗疗效的临床研究

目的观察肺结核合并糖尿病的血糖浓度与抗结核治疗疗效的关系。方法回顾性分析临床资料完整的168例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床资料。结果肺结核合并糖尿病典型结核中毒症状不多见，其中以咳嗽咳痰、纳差乏力、心悸气促为主要表现，低热盗汗不明显。血糖控制程度明显影响结核病灶的愈合，肺结核和糖尿病两病相互影响，互为因果。结论肺结核合并糖尿病时，肺结核患者病情重，进展快，需在积极控制血糖的基础上，应用有效的抗结核方案。积极控制好血糖是治疗肺结核合并糖尿病的关键，长程抗结核治疗方案效果可能更好。

Clinical study of blood glucose levels and anti-TB efficiancy of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes

Objective To observe the relationship between blood glucose levels and anti-TB efficiancy of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 168 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus was done. Results The tuberculosis patients with diabetic, few have typical TB symptoms of poisoning, of whieh coughing, sputum, anorexia, fatigue, palpitations shortness of breath as the main performance, low heat, sweating were not obvious. Significant effect on blood glucose level of control of tuberculosis lesions healing, tuberculosis and diabetes, two diseases interact, reinforce each other. Conclusion The pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes, the TB patients severe illness, rapid development, need to control blood sugar in a positive, based on the application of effective anti-TB programs. Actively control the treatment of diabetic patients with good blood sugar tuberculosis is key to long-term effeets of anti-tuberculosis treatment programs.
