浅谈火针治疗热性皮肤病理论依据

摘    要:皮肤病种类繁多,机体的任何异常都可导致皮肤病的发生,病因病机复杂,临床症状体征多变。以寒热分型而言,皮肤病大多为热性皮肤病,一般以发热、斑疹瘙痒、疮疡痈肿、脓疱糜烂和色红灼热且伴疼痛为主要症状。一些皮肤病由于不能从根本上得到治疗,长期不愈,反复发作,严重影响了患者的生活以及工作质量,甚至影响患者精神健康。火针疗法治疗热性皮肤病是现代中医的一项创新,在临床应用中效果明显,且治愈率高,具有较大的前景。因此本研究重点从开门祛邪、以热引热、火郁发之、从心论治等几个方面来浅析火针治疗热性皮肤病的理论依据。

Abstract:There were many kinds of skin diseases,and any abnormality of the body can lead to the occureence of skin diseases.The etiology and pathogenesis,as well as the clinical symptoms of the skin diseases were complicated and varied.In terms of the classification of cold and heat,most skin diseases are thermal skin diseases,most manifested as fever,maculae,itch,sore and ulcer,carbuncle,pustular,erosion and pain.Because some of the diseases cannot be cured fundamentally,it seriously affect the life and work of the patients with repeated attack,it will even affects patients'mental health.Fire needling therapy is an innovation of acupuncture therapy,it has achieved significant effect on thermal skin problems,which shows a promising prospect.This study mainly discussed the theoretical basis of fire needling in the treatment of thermal skin diseases in terms of opening the door to remove evil pathogens,using dispersing therapy to resolve fire stagnation,it also put forward that the thermal skin diseases should be treated from the Heart point of view.
