| 摘 要： | 本研究探讨灸法在痴呆病治疗中的应用。通过对近5年来不同灸法治疗痴呆病的实验和临床方面文献进行分析。在痴呆病的治疗中,灸法治疗痴呆病疗效确切,具有明显的优势。灸法相较于针刺及西药疗效具有明显的优势。分析总结出调补气血指导理论:补气血主要在于补阳气、调气血在于调气机,进行了相应穴位总结以及相应的灸法选择。同时,发现有关艾灸治疗痴呆病的临床和实验研究相较于针刺及西药甚少,有待深入研究。

| Abstract: | This study explored the application of moxibustion in the treatment of dementia by analyzing relative experimental and clinical literatures.Compared to acupuncture and western medication,moxibustion treatment has more advantages in treating dementia.The guiding theory of regulating qi and blood is summarized and analyzed in the study.The principle of reinforcing qi and blood lies in tonifying yang-qi and harmonizing qi and blood depends on regulating qi movement.The relevant selection of acupoints and moxibustion methods are also concluded in the study to provide reference in clinic.At the same time,it is found that the clinical and experimental studies about moxibustion in treating dementia are more less than the therapies of acupuncture and western medication,therefore,more scientific researches about moxibustion are expected in the further research. |
