摘    要:重复经颅磁刺激通过对大脑特定皮质部位重复刺激,可能以半球间抑制、代偿等机制,实现神经可塑性。刺激频率、强度、刺激时长的灵活组合对脑卒中患者上肢功能有不同的改善效果。

Abstract:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can achieve neuroplasticity through repeated stimulation of specific cortex, and may be in the ways of inter-hemisphere inhibition or compensation, or both. The various combination of frequency, intensity and duration of stimulation may effect the upper limb function after stroke in different ways.
