| 摘 要： | 艾灸起效是多因素共同作用的综合效应,不仅受传统因素如艾灸材质、施灸方法、施灸时间等影响,现代研究还发现艾灸的热效应、光效应、烟效应也与艾灸疗效呈相应量效关系。本研究通过对上述因素进行系统分析,简述各因素在艾灸起效中的不同作用,探讨艾灸发挥疗效的作用机制,以期为今后艾灸疗效的标准化与客观化研究提供思路。

| Abstract: | The effect of moxibustion is a comprehensive effect of multiple factors.It is not just related to traditional moxibustion material,moxibustion methods and moxibustion quantity,also modern research found that the thermal effect,light effect and smoke effect of moxibustion also have a corresponding dose-effect relationship with the efficacy of moxibustion.Through systematic analysis of the above factors,this study briefly described the different roles of various factors in the effect of moxibustion,and explored the action mechanism of moxibustion,which could provide ideas for the standardized and objective research of moxibustion in the future. |
