针刺联合大黄芒硝外敷对腹部外科术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响研究

目的:探究针刺联合大黄芒硝外敷对腹部外科术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年12月本院行腹部外科术患者146例,按随机数表法分两组,各73例。对照组行大黄芒硝外敷,研究组行针刺联合大黄芒硝外敷治疗。比较两组胃肠功能恢复时间、中医症状积分、胃肠激素水平、安全性。结果:研究组肠鸣音出现时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后研究组腹胀、腹痛、恶心、纳差的评分及胃泌素水平均低于治疗前及对照组,胃动素、生长抑素水平高于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗期间均未产生全身性或局部不良反应。结论:腹部外科术后患者应用针刺联合大黄芒硝外敷治疗可显著改善患者中医症状,调节胃肠激素分泌,加快术后胃肠功能恢复,安全有效。

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with External Application of Rhubarb and Mirabilite on Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients after Abdominal Surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after abdominal surgery.Methods:A total of 146 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=73)and the study group(n=73).The control group was treated with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite;on which basis,the study group was also treated with acupuncture.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,TCM symptom score,gastrointestinal hormone level and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The occurrence of bowel sounds,the recovering time of bowel sounds,the first farting time,and the first defecation time were earlier in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and poor diet,as well as and gastrin level were lower in the study group than those before the treatment and those in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of motilin and somatostatin were higher after the treatment in the study group than those before the treatment and those in the control group(P<0.01).No systemic or local adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of the patients,it can regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones and accelerate the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function with high safety.
