疗养院合同制医务人员培训探讨

摘    要:目的:随着疗养院合同制人员、非现役文职人员等增加,抓好培训成为工作的重点内容。方法:通过分析合同制人员的特点,采取解决的对策和途径及需要解决的问题,寻找有效的培训手段。结果:建立个人轮转带教制度、制定短期训练计划和远期训练目标、严格继续医学教育学分制管理、加强思想政治学习和积极开展科研帮带等多种培训手段。结论:通过多种培训方法不仅可以提高医院的短期效益,也可以提高长期效益。

Abstract:Objective: The functions of military sanitariums have changed greatly since the adjustment of military system and establishment,especially for those that were charged with the guarantee mission of special duties and hospital management.These military sanitariums must meet the challenge of operation construction along with the transition of service function.Along with the increase of contract and non-active staff,it has been an important content for these military sanitariums to do good medical staff training.Methods:To analysis the characteristics of these staff and search for effective training measures.Results: These measures,which are establishing individual cycle and teaching system,short-time training plan and long-time training goal,strengthening the management of credit system of continued education,emphasizing the study on thinking and politics and developing help on science and research are effective approach to improve training effects.Conclusion: Military sanitariums can enhance the short-time and long-time benefits through these said training methods.
