镁与冠心病

摘    要:镁是人体内多种酶的激活剂。镁能阻止或者延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生及发展,能通过抑制钙内流、抗氧化、抗血小板活化和保护内皮功能等途径防止缺血再灌注损伤。流行病学研究表明,镁与冠心病的发病率和死亡率相关。临床研究提示,镁能明显改善冠心病病人的生活质量,减少心绞痛的发生及提高运动耐量。在急性心肌梗塞时,如果早期小剂量较长时间使用镁治疗,病人能得到一定的益处。

Abstract:Magnesium is a cofactor in hundreds of enzymatic reactions. Magnesium can prevent and hold the development of atherosclerosis. Magneisum can prevent reperfusion injury by inhibiting or ameliorating intracellular Ca 2+ overload, protecting cell membranes against peroxidative and hydroxyl radical damage, inhibiting platelet activation and ameliorating endothelial function. Epidemiological studies indicate that magnesium is significantly inversely correlated with coronary artery disease and mortality rate. Magnesium supplementation in patients with coronary artery disease results in a significant improvement in exercise tolerance, 1exercise-induced chest pain, and quality of life. Patients with AMI may benefit from small dosage and relative long time magnesium treatment.
