隐形义齿与铸造支架相结合修复牙列缺损79例临床观察

目的:讨论隐形义齿基托与铸造支架相结合进行牙列缺损修复的临床疗效。方法:应用隐形义齿基托及卡环与铸造支架及卡环联合的方法为79例牙列缺损的患者制作了90件修复体,进行了6～24个月的随访观察,符合评价标准者修复成功,反之为失败。结果:90件修复体成功88件,失败2件。结论:隐形义齿与铸造支架相结合,集隐形义齿的美观舒适和铸造支架的坚固稳定于一身,且磨牙量少,深受患者喜爱,是一种值得推广的牙列缺损修复方法。

Clinical outcomes of combined elastic denture with casting framework in repairing dentition defects in 79 casese

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of repairing dentition defects by combined use of elastic denture base plate with casting framework.Methods：Ninety dental prostheses were developed for 79 subjects with dentition defects by embedding elastic denture base plate into the clasp combined with casting framework with fixation of the clasp.All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months in terms of the appraisal criteria for evaluation of the outcomes.Results：Of the 90 prostheses,88 were successfully restored and 2 failed.Conclusion：Combined elastic denture with casting framework may make the dental work with cosmetic results and firm fixation and more comfortable,which is worthy of clinical use.
