| 摘 要： | 测定99例健康人心阻抗血流图Heather指数（HI），其中男性50例，女性49例，并用多因素逐步回归分析HI与有关因素的关系。结果表明，女性HI值较大，HI受主动脉内径（Ao)，左室舒张末径（Dd)，胸围（C），基础阻抗（Zo)及体重指数（BWI）的影响。其中以Ao及Zo影响

| Abstract: | Heather index (HI) of impedance cardiography was detected in ninety nine healthy adults includ- ing 50 men and 49, women. HI was significantly larger in female group than in male group. Multifacto- rial regression analysis showed that HI was influenced by dimension of aortic root(Ao),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (Dd),thoracic circumference (C), basic impedance (Zo) and body-weight in- dex(BWI). Of them Ao and Zo were the most important influence factors. |
