摘    要:目的:考察不同厂家的盐酸小檗碱片的溶出度,为控制药品质量提供依据。方法:以水为溶出介质,按转篮法操作,用UV法检测,计算盐酸小檗碱片的相对累积溶出度,提取参数(T50,Td,m),并对参数进行相关性检验。结果:不同厂家、不同批号、不同包衣工艺的盐酸小檗碱片的溶出参数有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:生产厂家有必要优化制备工艺,来更好地控制药品质量。

Abstract:Objective: TO determine the dissolution of berberine hydrochloride tablets produced by the different factories was determined in order to provide the basis for appraisal of the medicine quality.Methods: With Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000) method 1-rotating busket method and using water as dissolution solution,UV spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination.The relative accumulative dissolution of berberine hydrochloride tablets was calculated.The parameters(T_(50),T_(d),m) extracted from these samples were processed for correlation test.Results: The dissolution parameters of berberine hydrochloride tablets from the different factories,the different batches and the different coated tablets were remarkably different(P<0.01).Conclusion: It is necessary to better the technology of preparation to control the medicine quality.
