摘    要:目的:评价通过环境改造工程(以下简称环改工程)改变钉螺孳生环境、消灭钉螺、控制血吸虫病的效果。方法:对7个观测点57项环改工程连续5年监测病情、螺情变化,周围7岁以上人群采取血清学方法进行病情调查,环改处采取10m框距查螺,捕获钉螺全部解剖。结果:实施环改工程5年后,人群患病率、急感患病率、钉螺面积、易感地带面积、钉螺密度、感染性钉螺密度分别降低64.1%、100%、71.7%、90.5%、96.5%和95.9%。结论:环改工程是消灭钉螺、降低疫情的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the schistosomiasis control effect through snail control by environmental modification in Hubei Province. Methods The retrospective study was performed by collecting data from 57 environmental modification projects for 5 years. Residents beyond 7 years old were examined by 3 kinds of sera immuno assaies for schistosomiasis, and snails were investigated and dissected. Results At the end of 2001, the rate of schistosome infection in residents, the rate of acute infection, snail areas, high risk areas, snail density and infected snail density decreased by 64 1%?100%?71 7%?90 5% and 95 9% respectively. Conclusion The environmental modification project is one of effective measures that not only reduce the prevalence of schistosomiasis but also the snail areas markedly.
