微创小切口在单纯性阑尾炎手术中的运用效果观察

目的：观察微创小切口在单纯性阑尾炎手术中的运用效果。方法：选择2010年1月至2012年3月于我院治疗的88例单纯性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象，根据入院治疗顺序对患者进行编号，依照随机数字表法随机分为两组，对照组（n＝44）患者行常规开腹术治疗，观察组（n＝44）患者行微创小切口术治疗；对比分析两组患者的临床效果和术后并发症情况。结果：两组患者均成功完成手术治疗；观察组患者的平均手术时间（19±2．3）min、平均住院时间（6±1．5）d均显著优于对照组患者的平均手术时间（35±4．5）min、平均住院时间（9±2．5）d；仅对照组患者出现术后并发症8例，5例患者术后疼痛，3例患者术后感染。结论：微创小切口在单纯性阑尾炎手术中的运用效果良好，不仅能够缩短手术时间、加快术后康复、经济实用，还可以降低术后并发症，提高患者术后生存质量。

Observation on the Minimally Invasive Incision in the Operation of Simple Appendicitis

Objective：To observe the effect of small incision in the operation of simple appendicitis . Methods：88 cases of appendicitis patients from Jan.2010 to Mar.2012 in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the number of patients hospitalized order, in accordance with the random num-ber table method, they were randomly divided into 2 groups, Patients in the control group （n=44） were treated with convention laparotomy treatment, the observation group （n=44） treated with minimally invasive incision treatment;Clinical effect and complications of 2 groups of patients were compared .Results： Two groups of patients were successfully completed the operation treatment;the average operation time was （19 ± 2.3） minutes, the average hospitalization time was （6±1.5） days of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group, the mean operation time were （35 ±4.5） min, the average hospitali-zation time （9 ±2.5） days; in the control group only 8 cases of patients occurred postoperative complica-tions , pain in 5 patients, 3 patients with postoperative infection.Conclusion：The effect of minimally inva-sive incision in the operation simple appendicitis is good, it can not only shorten the operation time, acceler-ate the postoperative rehabilitation , economical and practical , but also can reduce the postoperative compli-cations, improve the survival quality of patients.
