尿结缔组织生长因子与糖尿病肾病的关系探讨

目的：探讨尿结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）与糖尿病肾病（DN）的相互关系,为DN的早期诊断提供可靠的依据。方法：选择60例DN患者,依据尿蛋白排泄量（UAE）分为三组,另选择同期健康体检者21例作为对照组,分别检测各组患者尿CTGF及其它生化指标,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果：与对照组比较,正常白蛋白尿组尿CTGF水平升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,随着UAE增加,尿CTGF水平递增,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与对照组比较,随着病程的进展,尿CTGF水平递增,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。采用pearson等级相关对DN组患者尿CTGF与其它指标的相关性进行分析,DN组患者尿CTGF水平与病程和UAE呈正相关,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：尿CTGF水平对DN患者的诊断及病情评估具有重要的意义,有助于对DN患者做出准确的诊断,又可密切检测病情的发展。

The Relationship of Urine Connective Tissue Growth Factor and Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective： To investigate the relationship of urine connective tissue growth factor（ CTGF）and diabetic nephropathy（ DN）,and provide reliable basis for the early diagnosis of the DN. Method： On the basis of urinary albumin excretion（ UAE）,60 patients with DN were selected and divided into three groups,the other 21 cases with health check-up were chosen as control group during the same period,the urine CTGF and other biochemical indicators of all cases were detected and analyzed. Result： Comparing with control group,the urine CTGF levels of the normal albuminuria group increased,the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0.05）,with the increase of UAE,urine CTGF level increased,the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0.05）. Comparing with control group,with the progress of the course of the disease,urine CTGF level increased,the difference was statistically significant（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. With the help of pearson rank correlation,the urine CTGF levels of DN were positively correlated with the course of the disease and UAE,the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： The CTGF levels have the vital significance to the early diagnosis and condition assessment of patients with DN,and help to make an accurate diagnosis in patients with DN,and closely monitor the development of the disease.
