心电图在颈心综合征诊断中的应用价值探讨

探讨心电图在颈心综合征诊断中的应用价值。方法：对选取的197例不合并其他疾病的单纯颈椎病患者，进行颈椎病分型，并对其颈椎病治疗前后进行心电图检查。结果：不同分型颈椎病患者出现各种心电图改变发生率的组内比较：神经根型颈椎病中窦性心律失常和ST-T改变与其它类型心律失常相比发生率差别有统计学意义；交感型颈椎病中ST-T改变与其它类型心律失常相比发生率差别有统计学意义；椎动脉型颈椎病中ST-T改变与其它类型心律失常相比发生率差别有统计学意义。结论：不同分型颈椎病患者出现各种心电图改变发生率不同，作为一种简单、经济的检查方法，心电图对颈心综合症的诊断、鉴别诊断有一定的应用价值。

The Diagnosis Value of ECG in Cervicicardiac Syndrome

To explore the value of ECG in diagnosing cervicicardiac syndrome .Method：197 patients diagnosed as single cervical spondylosis .They were given ECG examination before and after treat-ment in cervical spondylosis .And the patients were types of cervical spondylosis .Result：Group comparison between incidence of ECG changes occur in patients with different types of cervical spondylosis .In nerve root , there＇s significant difference between low voltage QRS wave , sinus arrhythmia , ST-T changes , the su-praventricular tachycardia , ventricular arrhythmias and conduction （ P 〈0.05 ）; In sympathetic cervical spondylosis , there＇s significant difference between the ST-T changes , sinus arrhythmia , superventricular tachycarmia, ventricular arrhythmias, conduction block and low voltage QRS wave group （P 〈0.05）;in ver-tebral artery , there＇s significant difference between ST-T changes , sinus arrhythmia , superventricular tachy-carmia, ventricular arrhythmias, conduction block and low voltage QRS wave （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The change rate of ECG is different in vary types of cervical spondylosis , ECG have certain application value in the diagnosis of carotid cardiac syndrome .
