临床护理路径在食管癌手术过程中的应用效果评价

目的：探讨临床护理路径在食管癌手术过程中的应用效果。方法：随机选取180例患食管癌而进行手术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,分别接受常规护理和临床护理路径,比较两组患者的诊疗相关指标、并发症的发生率等。结果：干预组患者的引流管留置时间、平均住院日、平均住院费用、手术至下床活动时间、SAS评分等指标均比对照组患者明显下降,而满意度明显升高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组患者的并发症发生率略高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：临床护理路径可以明显缩短食管癌患者的住院时间、降低住院费用、提升患者对诊疗过程的满意度、改善病人生存质量,值得临床进一步推广。

Evaluation of the Application of Clinical Nursing Path in Esophageal Surgery

Objective： To investigate the application effect of the clinical nursing path in esophageal surgery. Method： 180 esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and intervention group to receive routine care and clinical nursing path,treatment-related indicators such as incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Result： The drainage tube indwelling time,the average length of stay,the average cost of hospitalization,surgery to ambulation,SAS score and other indicators intervention group patients was significantly decreased and was lower than those of the control group,while satisfaction was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0.05）; The incidence of complications of intervention group were slightly higher than the control group（ P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical nursing path can significantly shorten hospitalization of the patients with esophageal cancer,reduce hospital costs,improve patient satisfaction with the treatment process,improve patient quality of life and be worthy of further promotion.
