桂枝茯苓胶囊用于剖宫产术后子宫复旧的临床观察

探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊用于剖宫产术后子宫复旧的功用。方法：选择剖宫产产妇60例，40例为试验组（桂枝茯苓组），20例为对照组（益母草组），观察两组产妇产后恶露持续时间、产后宫底下降高度的变化、宫体大小的变化及产后恶露量的变化。结果：试验组和对照组产后1d、2d、3d、4d宫底下降高度差别无统计学意义（P＞0．05），42d宫底高度差别也无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。试验组和对照组产后4d子宫大小差别无统计学意义，而产后42d试验组子宫体明显小于对照组，差别具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），两组在1d、2d、3d、4d、42d产后恶露量差别无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。两组产后恶露持续时间及产后42d宫腔积血的差别均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊用于子宫复旧，效果明显，可作为临床治疗子宫复旧不良的可选药物。

The Effect of Guizhifuling Capsule on Involution of Uterus

To investigate the effect of Guizhifuling capsule on involution of uterus .Method：60 cesarean puerpera were selected and divided into two groups：test group（40） and control group（20）, the duration of lochia , descending height of fundus , uterine size and the volume of lochia were observed in the two groups.Result： There were no significance difference in descending height of fundus at 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day, 4th day between the two groups（P〉0.05）, there＇s no significantly difference in height of fun-dus at 42nd day（P〉0.05）.There was not significantly difference in uterine size postpartum （P〉0.05）, but uterine size at 42nd day postpartum in test group was less than that in control group significantly （P〈0.05）, There＇s no significance in volume of lochia at 1st day, 2nd day, 3rd day, 4th day, 42nd day, the duration of lochia and hematocele in uterine cavity at 42nd day（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：There＇s obvious effect of Guizhi-fuling capsule on involution of uterus , so Guizhifuling capsule can be as optional medicine to treat involution of uterus.
