系统功能康复治疗对胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者康复的影响

目的：观察系统功能康复治疗在胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者康复过程中的作用。方法：选取我院2011年2月至2013年2月间收治的胫骨平台骨折患者182例，患者手术治疗后随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组术后给予系统功能康复治疗，对照组给予自主传统康复治疗。对比两组患者术后3、6、12个月膝关节功能评分改善情况分析及美国特种外科医院膝关节评分（ HSS评分）系统评估患者患肢功能变化。结果：观察组患者术后3、6、12个月随访， HSS 评改善程度均显著高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组术后3、6、12个月回访优良率分别为59．5％、78．6％、90．5％，对照组分别为28．6％、59．2％、74．5％，观察组回访各时间点优良率均显著优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：系统功能康复治疗可有效改善胫骨平台骨折内固定术后患者膝关节功能，提高患者行走的稳定性及生活能力，对内固定术后康复起积极作用。

Effect of System Rehabilitation Training on the Treatment of Patients with Tibial Plateau Fracture after Internal Fixation

Objective：To study the effect of system rehabilitation training on the treatment of patients with tibial plateau fracture after internal fixation .Method：A total of 182 cases with surgical treatment of in-ternal fixation for tibial plateau fracture admitted in our hospital from Feb .2011 to Feb.2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group postoperatively .Observation group were taken to system re-habilitation training , the control group received conventional rehabilitation .Clinical curative effect of two groups were compared by analyzing the knee function scores and HSS knee scores after 3, 6, and 12 months. Result：The follow up showed that HSS scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of con -trol group （ P〈0.05）;Functional evaluation of affected knee of observation group were 59.5%,78.6%,90.5%higher than the 28.6%5,9.2%,74.5%in control group at 3, 6, 12 months of follow-up （ P〈0.05） .Conclu-sion：System rehabilitation training of tibial plateau fracture after internal fixation could improve functional capacity of affected keen and clinical curative effect , and improve the postoperative life quality of the pa-tients.
