鼻中隔矫正术联合冷冻疗法治疗鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎临床疗效分析

目的：研究鼻中隔矫正术联合冷冻疗法治疗鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：80例鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组（n=40）和治疗组（n=40）,对照组患者行鼻中隔矫正术,治疗组患者行鼻中隔矫正术联合冷冻疗法。治疗后,随访12个月,记录调查对象的治疗指数,并发症出现情况,以及术后复发情况。结果：两组患者手术顺利,在对两组患者随访的12个月中,对照组患者治疗总有效率为72.5%,治疗组患者治疗总有效率达到97.5%,两组总有效率比较,治疗组显著高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（X2=9.87,P〈0.05）。两组患者手术顺利,术中未出现严重并发症,术后随访12个月,两组调查对象出现的并发症主要为鼻腔出血、感染、术腔狭窄和术腔粘连等;对照组调查对象发生感染、术腔粘连和术腔狭窄的发生率均高于治疗组,且差异均有统计学意义（X2=4.11,P〈0.05;X2=6.28,P〈0.05;X2=5,P〈0.05）。对照组调查对象术后12个月内有6例出现复发,复发率为15%;治疗组调查对象无复发情况,两组相比差异有统计学意义（X2=6.49,P〈0.05）。结论：鼻中隔矫正术联合冷冻疗法用于治疗鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎,疗效明显,且可有效降低患者术后并发症的发生率,并可降低变应性鼻炎的复发率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Combination of Cryotherapy with Nasal Septal Construction in the Treatment of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis and Nasal Septum Deviation

Objective： To study the nasal septum construction combined cryotherapy treatment for patients with allergic rhinitis and nasal septum deviation. Methods： 80 cases of nasal septum deviation allergic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into control group（ n = 40） and treatment group（ n = 40）,the control group underwent nasal surgery,the treatment group underwent nasal septum construction combined cryotherapy. After treatment,follow-up of 12 months,the survey recorded the therapeutic index of the occurrence of complications,and postoperative recurrence. Results： The patients surgery went well,patients in two groups were followed up for 12 months,Total effective rate was 72.5% and 97.5% in control group and treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（ X2= 9. 87,P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Two groups of patients surgery went well and no serious intraoperative complications,postoperative follow-up for 12 months,The main complications the two groups was nasal bleeding,infection,surgery stenosis and surgical cavity adhesions; The infections,surgical cavity adhesions and surgical cavity stenosis in control group were higher than the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant（ X2= 4.11,P＆lt;0.05; X2= 6.28,P＆lt;0.05; X2= 5,P ＆lt; 0.05）. After 12 months,6 patients presented recurrence rate in control group was 15%;There’s no with recurrence treatment group,there was significant difference between two groups（ X2= 6.49,P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Nasal septum construction combined with cryotherapy is effective on patients with allergic rhinitis and nasal septum deviation,and can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and reduce the recurrence rate of allergic rhinitis. It is worthy of clinical application.
