美罗培南不同输注方案治疗呼吸机相关肺炎的临床疗效比较

目的：探讨采用美罗培南不同输注方案治疗呼吸机相关肺炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年1月至2013年12月入住我院重症医学科的106例呼吸机相关性肺炎的患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各53例，其中对照组采用间断输注，观察组采用静脉持续输注，后观察两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组在临床疗效上优于对照组，P＜0．05，且该组的机械通气时间比对照组短、经济支出明显小于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异，P＜0．05。结论：采用美罗培南持续输注治疗呼吸机相关肺炎临床疗效较好、可有效减少机械通气时间，同时也减轻了患者的经济负担，是一种安全有效的治疗方式，值得临床采纳。

Clinical Efficacy of Different Infusion Schemes of Meropenem in Treating Ventilator-associated Pneumonia

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of different infusion schemes of meropenem in treating ventilator-associated pneumonia .Method：106 cases with ventilator-associated pneumonia treated in our hospital from Jan .2010 to Dec.2013 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups randomly, the control group and the observation group , each group for 53 cases.The control group received interrupted infusion , and the observation group received continuous venous infusion .The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed .Result： The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, P〈0.05.The duration of ventilatory support of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group , and the economic expense of the observation group was evidently less than that of the con-trol group, which had evident difference , P〈0.05.Conclusion： Continuous infusion of meropenem in trea-ting ventilator-associated pneumonia not only has good clinical efficacy and effectively reduces the duration of ventilatory support , but also can reduce the economic burden of the patients , which is an effective treat-ment method and is worthy of application in clinical practice .
