摘    要:目的:观察高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤昏迷的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年1月至2013年6月收治的90例重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用高压氧治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(X2=12.057,P〈0.01),两组患者入院时、治疗第3、7d时GCS评分均无明显差异,治疗组第14d、28d、60d时GCS评分均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤昏迷具有良好促醒作用,对改善患者预后有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury. Method: 90 coma patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from 2012January to 2013 June were selected as research subjects,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group,patients of two groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment group were added with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group( X2= 12.057,P<0.01),when the two groups of patients were hospitalized and were treated for third and seventh day,there were no significant difference in GCS score between them; When they were on14d,28d,60d,the GCS scores of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group( P<0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion: Using hyperbaric oxygen for treating severe craniocerebral injury coma has fine promoting waking effect,it’s important for improving the prognosis of the patients.
