微创胸腔闭式引流治疗液气胸的应用价值分析

目的：探讨微创胸腔闭式引流治疗液气胸的应用价值。方法：对收治的液气胸患者进行微创胸腔闭式引流和传统胸腔闭式引流对比研究，比较两种引流方法的应用价值及经济效益。结果：观察组的穿刺完成时间、拔管时间、住院时间均较对照组缩短，患者医疗费用明显低于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：微创胸腔闭式引流较传统胸腔闭式引流在临床上具有更大的优越性、适用性、经济性，适合在基层医院推广应用。

Analysis of Minimally Invasive Thoracic Drainage in Pleural Effusion and Pneumothorax

Objective： To investigate the application value of minimally invasive thoracic drainage in pleural effusion and pneumothorax .Method： Comparative study of pleural effusion and pneumothorax pa-tients treating with minimally invasive thoracic drainage and traditional thoracic drainage were adopted .The applied value and economic benefits of the two drainage methods were compared .Result：The puncture time , the extubation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： Minimally invasive thoracic drainage is better than traditional thoracic drainage in clinical superiority , applicability and economy .It＆#39;s suitable for application in the primary hospital .
