超声引导晚期或术后复发瘤125 I粒子植入疗效评估

评估超声引导下125 I 粒子植入治疗复发或晚期肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法：对2012年1月至2012年7月在我院住院的复发或晚期肿瘤行超声引导下125 I粒子植入，术前用彩色多普勒超声仪判定计算肿瘤体积，在体表标出肿瘤范围、各进针点及其进针深度，计算粒子植入数，超声引导下植入粒子。术后用超声检查粒子分布情况。结果：本文31例患者均顺利完成手术，共治疗肿瘤42个，52例次。术后瘤体缩小＞50％31个（31/42，74％），瘤体消失11个（11/42，26％）。疼痛减轻或缓解率90％（27/30）。目前患者全部存活。结论：本研究显示125 I粒子植入治疗效果确切，可有效缓解晚期及术后复发恶性肿瘤患者的症状，改善生活质量，延长生存期。

Efficacy Evaluation of 125 I Particle Implantation on Advanced or Recurrence after Resection of Tumor with Ultrasound Guided

To assess the efficacy and safety of ultrasound guided 125 I seeds implantation in the treatment of recurrent or advanced tumor .Method：From 2012 January to 2012 July in our hospital , in advanced or unresectable tumors underwent ultrasound guided 125 I seeds implantation , preoperative use of color doppler ultrasound calculation for determining tumor volume , tumor in body surface mark range /entry point and the depth of needle , computational particle number , ultrasound guided implantation of particle . Postoperative ultrasound was used to examine the distribution of particles .Result：The 31 patients were suc-cessfully completed operation , a total of 42 treatment of tumor , 52 cases/times.Postoperative tumor reduction of〉50%31 （31/42, 74%）, the tumor disappeared 11 （11/42, 26%）.Pain reduction or remission rate was 90%（ 27/30） .At present , all patients were alive .Conclusion：The results show that the 125 I seed implanta-tion in the treatment of the exact effect , can effectively alleviate the advanced and recurrence of malignant tumor patients with symptoms , improve living quality , prolong the survival time .
