TACE联合射频消融治疗肝癌的临床研究

目的：探索导管动脉栓塞化疗（TACE）联合射频消融术（RFA）治疗肝癌的临床效果。方法：选取我院72例肝癌患者随机分成两组，观察组36例行TACE联合射频消融治疗。对照组36例行单纯TACE治疗。观察患者手术前后血常规、肝肾功能变化及不良反应发生情况，观察两组患者术后近期疗效、3年生存率。结果：观察组与对照组治疗前后AFP均明显下降（P〈0．05）；观察组患者AFP变化值明显大于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组患者术后近期疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者主要不良反应为发热、肝功能损伤，观察组不良反应发生低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组术后1年、2年、3年生存率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：TACE联合RFA治疗肝癌，可以提高肿瘤局部控制率，降低病灶复发率，延长患者预后生存期，减少不良反应发生。是一种相对安全、有效的肝癌治疗方法。

Clinical Research on TACE Combined with Radiofrequency Ablation in Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （ TACE ） combined with radiofrequency ablation （ RFA ） in the treatment of liver cancer. Method： 72 cases of liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups, observation group of 36 cases with TACE catheter ablation radiofrequency. Control group of 36 cases were treated by TACE treatment. Observed the change of blood routine before and after operation in patients with liver and kidney function, and the incidence of adverse reactions, observed postoperative curative effect of patients 2 groups within the near future and the 3 years survival rate. Result： In the observation group and the control group before and after treatment, AFP decreased significantly （P〈0.05） ; AFP values was significantly higher of the patients in observation group than the control group （ P〈O.05 ） ; the recent curative effect of the patients in observation group was obviously better than the control group （P〈0.05） ; the main adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were fever, liver function damage, adverse reaction was lower than the observation group the control group （P〈0.05） ; after 1 year, 2 years, 3 years survival rate in observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： TACE combined with RFA in the treatment of liver cancer, can improve the local control rate of tumor, reduce the recurrence rate, prolong the survival time of patients, reduce the incidence of ad- verse reactions. It＇s a relatively safe, effective treatment.
