椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症疗效观察

目的：探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床临床疗效。方法：将80例腰椎滑脱症患者随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组采取椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术，对照组采取椎弓根螺钉内固定及侧后方植骨融合术。比较两组手术时间、出血情况及临床疗效、植骨融合率及临床疗效。结果：对两组采取不同手术方式的患者手术时间、出血情况进行比较，研究组长于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。对两组不同手术方式的植骨融合率进行比较，研究组均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：椎弓根螺钉内固定及后路植骨融合术是一种安全、可靠的手术方式，虽然其手术时间长，创伤较大，但是其临床疗效及植骨融合率均高于侧后方植骨融合术，是治疗腰椎滑脱症的较好的手术方式。

Observation on Pedilc e Screw Fixation and Posterior Interbody Fusion in Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective：To investigate the effect of pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis .Method：80 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis patients were randomly divided into study group and control group , the study group taken pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion , control group taker pedicle screw fixation and the rear side of the bone graft fusion group . The operation time , bleeding and clinical efficacy , fusion rate and clinical efficacy were compared .Result：The operation time , bleeding was compared , research group was longer than the control group , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05） .Interbody fusion rate of two different surgical methods in study group were higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pedicle screw fixation and posterior interbody fusion is a safe , reliable surgical approach , although the time of surgery is long , traumais, The clinical efficacy is higher than the rear side of the bone graft and fusion fusion , better surgical treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis .
