老年心血管疾病的危险因素分析及预防策略

目的：分析探讨老年心血管疾病的危险因素及预防策略，降低心血管疾病发病率。方法：对我院60岁以上高血压患者120例进行心血疾病危险因素调查分析，合并其他心脑血管疾病患者60例为观察组，未合并其他心脑血管疾病患者为对照组，并采取合理的预防干预措施。结果：高胆固醇、Hs-CRP≥3．0mg／L、糖代谢异常、肥胖（BMI≥25）、TG≥1．7mmoL／L、蔬菜摄入量过低（〈5餐／周）、靶器官损伤、心情抑郁、不幸事件发生（≥3）、HDL≤1．04mmoL／L、体育锻炼〈1次／周及烟酒史等因素都是促进中老年高血压患者伴随其它心脑血管病发生的高危因素。经干预后，蔬菜摄入量过低（〈5餐／周）、吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼〈1次／周、心情抑郁的比例较干预前显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对老年心血管疾病的危险因素进行科学合理的干预，采取有针对性的针对蓑略，可以取得较好效果。

Risk Factors for Cardiovascular Disease in Elder Patients and its Prevention Strategies

Objective： To analyze the risk factors for cardiovascular disease in elder patients and its pre- vention strategies. Method： 120 elder patients with cardiovascular disease were enrolled in this study. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group. Prevention strategies were given to their pa- tients. Result： High cholesterol, Hs-CRP ≥ 3.0mg / L, abnormal glucose metabolism, obesity （ BMI ≥ 25}, TG ≥ 1.7mmol / L, too low vegetable intake { 〈5 meals / week}, target organ damage, depression unfortunate incident { ≥ 3}, HDL ≤ factors 1.04mmol/L, physical exercise 〈1 time/week, and history of alcohol and tobacco were risk factors associated with the occurrence of hypertension and other cardiovascu- lar disease. After intervention, too low vegetable intake { 〈5 meals / week } , smoking, alcohol consumption, physical exercise 〈 1 time / week was significandy lower than that in pre-intervention { P 〈0.05 } .Conclu- sion： Intervention risk factors for cardiovascular disease in elder patients can achieve better results.
