热毒宁联合头胞哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期并呼吸衰竭疗效观察

目的：观察热毒宁注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD）合并呼吸衰竭的治疗疗效。方法：对100例AECOPD并呼吸衰竭患者,分为对照组50例,观察组50例,两组均以头胞哌酮舒巴坦钠抗感染及祛痰、平喘、吸氧等常规治疗,观察组加用热毒宁注射液,对照组加用0.9%氯化钠注射液,观察两组的疗效症状、体征、血气分析的变化。结果：观察组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率为72%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且动脉血气（PCO2、P02）较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0.05）及观察组平均住院天数缩短。结论：热毒宁注射液对AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭有较好的治疗效果,值得推广。

The Effect of Injection Reduning Combined with Sulbactamand Cefoperazone on Treating Respiratory Failure in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective： To observe the effect of Reduning injection on respiratory failure in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ AECOPD）. Method： Total 100 patients with AECOPD on respiratory failure were divided into 2 groups randomly,both of them were treated with sulbactamand cefoperazone administration.The observation group treated with Reduning and control group were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection.The effect the change of symptom,physical sign,blood-air analysis were observed. Result： The total effective rate was 88% and 72% in observation group and control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of control group（ P〈0.05）,and compared with before treatment,blood-air analysis（ PCO2,PO2） were improved significantly（ P〈0.05）,and the observation group of average number of days in hospital were shorter than that of control group. Conclusion：Reduning injection is effective adjective treatment method in AECOPD accompanied with respiratory failure.
