广东地产毒性中药材的分类与临床应用

目的：调查广东地产毒性药材的分类情况及临床应用情况。方法：采用实地调查的方式或利用相关文献对广东地区的毒性中药材分类及临床应用情况进行调查。结果：广东地产毒性中药材中,毒性较小的药物所占比例（62.30%）明显高于有毒的毒性药物所占比例（32.79%）;有毒的毒性中药材所占比例（32.79%）明显高于毒性较大的毒性中药材所占的比例（4.91%）;差异显著,统计学上均有意义P〈0.05。且各种毒性药物的化学成分与药理作用各有差异,且种类繁多。结论：充分发挥广东地区的调查工作以及毒性药材的分类工作,能够有效并全面的发挥广东地产毒性中药材的临床价值,具有重要的临床应用意义。

Classification and Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Toxicity in Guangdong

Objective： To investigate the classfication and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine with toxicity in Guangdong. Method： Investigating and studying the classfication and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine with toxicity in Guangdong by field investigation and related articles.Result： Among traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong with toxicity,ratio of medicine with smaller toxicity（ 62.30%） was significantly higher than toxic medicine（ 32.79%）; and ratio of toxic medicine（ 32.79%）was significantly higher than medicine with higher toxicity（ 4.91%）; differences were significant,There＇s statistical significance,P0.05.Chemical component and pharmacologic action of all toxic medicine were different,with a wide range of species. Conclusion： Investigation and classfication of toxic traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong can give full play to the clinical efficacy of the medicine,which has important values in clinic.
