替罗非班在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用价值探讨

目的：探讨分析在实施经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）治疗中应用替罗非班的治疗效果及其临床价值。方法：选取2011年7月至2013年9月收治拟行PCI治疗的急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者54例,根据就诊顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规实施PCI治疗,观察组在实施PCI术前后输注替罗非班进行联合治疗,对比观察两组患者临床疗效,分析替罗非班在PCI中的应用价值。结果：观察组患者TIMI校正帧计数指标明显改善,左室射血分数与心输出量明显提高,且其改变程度均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后冠脉TIMI血流分级明显优于对照组,不良心脏事件明显少于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：在临床实施PCI术过程中应用替罗非班联合治疗,能够有效改善冠状动脉血流情况,促进左心室收缩功能恢复,提高心肌灌注,减少不良心脏事件,配合PCI使用具有更为理想的临床疗效。

The Value of Tirofiban to Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective： To observe and analyze the effect and clinical value of tirofiban in treating percutaneous coronary intervention. Method： 54 cases with ACS treated with PCI in our hospital from July 2011 to September 2013 were selected and divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional PCI,based on which the observation group received infusion of tirofiban before and after PCI operation. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared and observed,and the application value of tirofiban to PCI was analyzed. Result： TIMI corrected frame count of the observation group improved evidently,left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output increased evidently,and the improvement degree was evidently higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,coronary TIMI of the observation group was evidently better than that of the control group,and the adverse cardiac events were evidently less than that of the control group,P〈0.05,which had statistical significance. Conclusion： Applying tirofiban in PCI operation not only can evidently improve coronary arterial blood flow,promote the recovery of left ventricular systolic function,but also can improve myocardial perfusion and reduce adverse cardiac events,which has ideal clinical efficacy in combination with PCI.
