单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的：观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗效果，为老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗提供更多的科学理论依据。方法：收集2011年12月至2012年12月我院心内科收治的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者100例，随机分成2组：单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗对照组（n＝50）和单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗观察组（n＝50）。对照两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果：对照组和观察组的临床疗效有效率分别为68．0％和92．0％，观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。对照组和观察组的临床不良反应发生率分别为30．0％和12．0％，观察组的临床不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效显著，不良反应发生率低，值得临床的推广应用。

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets and Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on Unstable Angina in Elder Patients

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets and compound danshen dripping pills on unstable angina in elder patients .Method： A total of 100 elder patients with unstable angina were enrolled in this study .All the 100 cases were divided into two groups：isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets control group （ n=50 ） and isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with compound danshen dripping pills treatment group （ n=50） .The clini-cal effects and side effects were compared between the two groups .Result：The clinical effective rate in con-trol group and treatment group was 68.0%and 92.0%, respectively.The clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P＆lt;0.05） .The rate of clinical adverse reactions in control group and treatment group was 30.0%and 12.0%, respectively .The clinical effective rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .Conclusion： Isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with compound danshen dripping pills showed more effectively clinical efficacy on treating unstable angina elder patients with lower adverse reactions , worthy to promote the clinical application .
