地塞米松联合鱼腥草超声雾化治疗急性咽炎临床疗效观察

目的：观察地塞米松联合鱼腥草超声雾化治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法：将148例急性咽炎患者按随机双盲原则分成试验组和对照组,每组各74例。试验组采用地塞米松联合鱼腥草超声雾化,对照组仅采用地塞米松超声雾化。结果：试验组治疗总有效率为95.9%,显著高于对照组的83.8%（P〈0.05）;试验组喉镜检查治疗总有效率为90.5%,显著高于对照组的78.4%（P〈0.05）;试验组发热、咽部疼痛、咽部充血等临床症状的消失时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：地塞米松联合鱼腥草超声雾化治疗急性咽炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Effect of Dexamethasone Plus Herba Houttuyniae Injection Ultrasonic Aerosol in Acute Pharyngitis

Objective： To observe the efficacy of dexamethasone plus herba houttuyniae injection ultrasonic aerosol in acute pharyngitis. Method： 148 cases with acute pharyngitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group was given dexamethasone plus herba houttuyniae injection. Control group was given dexamethasone only. Result： The total effective rate in the experimental group and control group were 95.9% and 83.8%,There’s significance between the two groups（ P＆lt;0.05）. The total effective rate of laryngoscopy in the experimental group and control group were 90. 5% and 78. 4%,There’s significance between the two groups（ P＆lt;0.05）. The disappearance time of fever,pharyngeal pain and pharyngeal hyperaemia in the experimental group was shorter than control group（ P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Acute pharyngitis treated with spray inhalation of dexamethasone plus herba houttuyniae injection give better results. It’s worthy of clinical application.
